VFS-1 Pickup - designed by MK-guitar.com

Tapped pickup, custom built to our specifications by Germanies top pick-up specialist Harry Haeussel. This pickup was designed to allow two sounds: the typical vintage Strat sound, and the fat sound of the Dimarzio FS-1 - the pickup Mark Knopfler had in his red Fender Strat at the time of the first two Dire Straits albums. David Gilmour (Pink Floyd) also played the DiMario FS-1.

The ideal pickup for everyone who wants the fat and warm sound of the DiMarzio without losing the bright vintage sound. Switch between both with e.g. a push/pull poti (available here )
