US orders are shipped with DHL Paket International and Postal Delivered Duty Paid (PDDP). In addition to the shipping costs shown above, estimated US import duties and processing fees will be charged. For most regular products of German or EU origin, these can currently be broadly estimated at approximately 2 EUR plus 10.5% of the net product value. The actual amount depends on the products, their origin and customs classification.

Please place the order in the shop, select PayPal and complete the shop checkout until you are redirected to PayPal, but do not pay there. We will calculate the PDDP amount and send you a separate PayPal invoice for the products, shipping and PDDP charges. Please pay only that separate invoice. PDDP duties and processing charges paid to DHL, the customs broker or the US authorities are generally not refundable if products are returned. Please contact us before returning any goods.
